    Before You Ask

    Is there a minimum order? +
    Not for everything. DTF and heat transfer let us do one-off names and single garments. We'll always point you to the right method for your quantity.
    How fast can you turn it around? +
    Most runs are ready within 5 to 7 business days once artwork is approved. On a deadline? Ask about express, we can often fast-track urgent jobs.
    Can you supply the garments too? +
    Yes. We stock tees, polos, hoodies, caps, hi-vis and full workwear from trusted suppliers, or bring your own for us to decorate.
    What artwork format do you need? +
    Vector files (AI, EPS, PDF or SVG) are ideal. Only have a JPG or PNG? Send it anyway, we can usually redraw or clean it up so it prints and stitches crisp.
    How do I place an order? +
    Three ways: upload your print-ready design, customise something from our range online, or request a design and let our team build it with you.
