Terms & Conditions

Last updated: 8 September 2026

These Terms & Conditions apply to your use of The Print Truck website and to the purchase of products and services from The Print Truck. Please read these terms carefully before placing an order.

1. Acceptance of These Terms

By using this website, requesting a quote, placing an order, or purchasing products or services from The Print Truck, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.

If you do not agree with these Terms & Conditions, please do not use this website or place an order.

2. Products and Services

The Print Truck provides printing, customised products and related services. Product descriptions, images and other information displayed on the website are provided for general information and may be subject to change.

We make reasonable efforts to ensure that product descriptions, colours, images and other information displayed on the website are accurate. However, actual colours and appearance may vary depending on your device, screen and other factors.

3. Quotes and Orders

Where we provide a quotation, the quotation is subject to the terms stated in that quotation and may be subject to change or expiry.

An order is not accepted until it has been accepted by The Print Truck. We reserve the right to accept or decline an order.

Once an order has been accepted, changes or cancellations may not be possible, particularly where production has commenced.

4. Customised Products and Artwork

For customised products, you are responsible for providing accurate information, artwork, designs, text, logos, colours, sizes and other specifications required to complete your order.

You are responsible for carefully checking proofs, artwork and other information provided for approval before production begins.

Once production has commenced, changes requested by you may not be possible and may result in additional costs or delays.

5. Your Artwork and Intellectual Property

You remain responsible for ensuring that any artwork, logo, image, text, design, trademark or other material that you provide to us does not infringe the intellectual property or other rights of any third party.

By providing artwork or other material to The Print Truck for production, you confirm that you have the necessary rights, permissions and authority to use that material.

You must not provide material that is unlawful, defamatory, offensive or infringes the rights of another person or organisation.

6. Pricing

All prices displayed on the website are subject to change without notice. The price applicable to your order will be the price confirmed at the time your order is accepted.

Where applicable, additional charges such as delivery, shipping or other agreed charges may apply.

7. Payment

Payment must be made using the payment methods made available through the website or otherwise agreed with The Print Truck.

Online payments are processed through third-party payment providers, including Stripe.

We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by a third-party payment provider, bank or financial institution.

8. Delivery

We will arrange delivery using the delivery method applicable to your order. Delivery times provided by us are estimates unless expressly stated otherwise.

Delivery times may be affected by production requirements, courier delays, weather, supply issues or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

You are responsible for providing an accurate delivery address and ensuring that someone is available to receive the order where required.

9. Claims, Faults and Returns

If you believe that products supplied by us are defective, damaged or incorrect, please contact us as soon as reasonably possible after receiving your order and provide details of the issue.

We may request photographs, information or the return of products so that we can investigate the issue.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes, restricts or modifies any rights or guarantees that cannot lawfully be excluded, restricted or modified under applicable Australian law.

10. Customised Products

Because customised products are produced specifically for you, returns, cancellations or exchanges may be subject to different conditions from standard products, except where required by law.

If an issue with a customised product is caused by an error or defect on our part, please contact us so that we can investigate and determine an appropriate resolution.

11. Customer-Supplied Items

If you provide garments, products or other items to The Print Truck for printing, embroidery or another service, you provide those items at your own risk.

You are responsible for ensuring that customer-supplied items are suitable for the requested service and are free from personal belongings or other items that should not be processed.

12. Care of Products

You are responsible for following any care, washing, handling or maintenance instructions provided with your products.

The Print Truck is not responsible for damage resulting from failure to follow applicable care or maintenance instructions.

13. Risk and Ownership

Risk in products passes to you upon delivery or collection, subject to applicable law and any specific arrangements agreed with you.

Where applicable, ownership of products remains with The Print Truck until payment has been received in full.

14. Website Use

You must use this website lawfully and must not use the website in a manner that may damage, disable, overburden or impair the website or interfere with another person's use of the website.

You must not attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the website, server, account or system connected to the website.

15. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise stated, the content of this website, including text, graphics, logos, images, designs and other material, is owned by or licensed to The Print Truck and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You must not reproduce, modify, distribute, publish or commercially exploit website content without appropriate permission.

16. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, The Print Truck will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss arising from the use of this website or the purchase or use of products or services.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes, restricts or modifies any liability, guarantee, warranty or consumer right that cannot legally be excluded, restricted or modified.

17. Events Outside Our Control

We will not be responsible for delays or failure to perform our obligations where the delay or failure results from circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Such circumstances may include natural disasters, industrial action, supply chain disruptions, government action, transport delays, pandemics, technical failures or other events beyond our reasonable control.

18. Privacy

Personal information collected through our website and in connection with your orders is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

19. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time to reflect changes to our business, website, products, services or legal obligations.

The updated version will be published on this page. Your continued use of the website or placement of an order after an update may be subject to the updated Terms & Conditions.

20. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws applicable in Australia. Any dispute arising in connection with these Terms & Conditions will be subject to the applicable courts and laws of the relevant Australian jurisdiction.
